will accept applications from residents of the United Kingdom only.
Processed applications can also be returned by DX Securemail courier at an additional cost of 14.80 per passport.
Applicants have the option of paying their visa fees by Credit/Debit card (only
at the Visa Application Centre) or Postal Orders in the name of "Sweden Visa Application Centre". Fees in Cash will also be accepted only at the London Centre. Cheques will not be accepted.
Schengen Visa Information:
A Schengen visa has to be obtained from the Embassy of the country where the
MAIN PURPOSE OF TRAVEL lies. Therefore, please check your travel plans before
applying at the Sweden Visa Application Centre in London.
In case of travel to multiple Schengen countries, please apply to the Embassy
of the country where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. If the
number of days to be spent in multiple countries is the same, you must apply to
the embassy of the country which will be your first point of entry.
If you plan to apply for a Schengen visa at the Sweden Visa Application
Centre, your main destination and the maximum period of stay in the Schengen

The Sweden Visa Application Centre will accept your application but cannot
guarantee a visa as the decision to issue a visa and its duration is made by
the Embassy of Sweden in London only.
Applying for a visa
You must apply in person at the Sweden Visa Application Center. If you are not
a resident of the UK you should apply at the Embassy in your country of

and of those original documents that you wish to keep (i.e. marriage
certificate, bank statement). Remember that the Embassy does not return any
